Does Messenger have PC to Phone service? I use Messenger but can figure out how to activate it to make calls?

I know I can use Skype, but I already have messenger.


I have a telephone icon in messenger and when i click on it I get a pop up box with a dialing pad. but everything is grayed out so it doesn't do anything.Does Messenger have PC to Phone service? I use Messenger but can figure out how to activate it to make calls?
You need to prepay or pay via credit card to make it work, or use a system such as IPgenie, X-Lite and VOIP much better and clearer to say the least.





IPgenie in conjunction with X-Lite make Skype and MSN look and feel like a square wheel.
