I was just like you when I was your age...tall and lanky and stood out from all the other girls. I'm in my 20's now and still tall and lanky, but LOVE it. Just be patient and you'll grow into your body. Trust me!

maybe a long baggy jumper, known as a boyfriend fit cardigan. By the sound of it skinny jeans would suit you. Try to use get some nice, eye catching jewelry so people don't you at your figure they look at the jewelry. I don't know, it just a suggestion :) x
You should wear things that are sinched at the waist to create an hourglass figure.
