i believe its the last four digits of your phone number? if you have the manual, check there it will tell you. i have an enV and that's how it was for mine.I have a razor and i cannot figure out the unlock code. Can anybody tell me how i can?
try calling your provider even thought it old. Tmobile or cingular will give you free unlock codes if youve been with them for more than 90 days. Hope this helps

Use P2KManager/P2ktools to modify it.
-just connect the cable to Phone %26amp; PC then install p2kdrivers and open software.

-Connect usb cable to phone %26amp; pc then install p2kdrivers needed.
-Download %26amp; Install Smart-Moto software (available @ smart-clip.com. (reboot required to enable parallel connection)
-open smartmoto soft then change smart-clip connection to usb
-read phone info. YOUR UNLOCK CODE is displayed there.

First, I'd say ask him, if he doesn't know/can't remember try this:
Usually the unlock/security code is the last 4 digits of your phone number, so if you haven't changed it from his old number, try his last 4 digits. If that doesn't work, try the last 4 of your number that is associated with that phone. It could also be 0000, or 1111, etc. from 0-9, so try those. If that fails to work, you'll have to call either the company that made the phone or your cell phone provider.
