Whats a good way to tone your stomach and love handles? and how many reps should I do? I have been running the tred a lot at an incline of 2 and about 4.3 mph its sort of helping, I want to speed it up though. I have lost about 14 punds and i only need to lose 15 more, but it seems like its hard for me to tone, although I did get an exercise ball which is working, but Im still curious if there's any other good ways to tone?Im trying to figure out some good ways to tone.?

Eat only when hungry and that too only nourishing food and not more than three times a day. No liquids, other than water, also in between. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times to activate ur body system to give u messages when u r hungry or when u r full.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regulary preferably twice a day.
U will achieve desireable weight in a reasonable period.
Why don't you try a moderate-intensity weight lifting program? Weight-lifting - even lifting moderate-to-heavy weights - does not give you big bulky muscles unless you want them. If you do a moderate weight-training program a few times per week, you can add muscle which in turns helps your body burn fat. A good place to start would be to do about 3 sets or 10 - 12 repetitions for each exercise, and be sure to do exercises that work each of your major muscle groups. If you need more guidance, ask your gym staff if they have a trainer who would set up a consultation with you.
Also - you may want to try Pilates for some really good core-strengthening exercises.
