I just hate these types of problems and all of them seem right to me. I dont know how to tell what one is different. Can you please explain how you found the answer to this:

A must be a rectangle because it has 4 right angles
B must also be a rectangle be cause all 4 angles are congruent
D is a four sided figure with a right angle (a perpendicular side) and also has a parallel sides. Meaning the angle there must also be 90degrees
