How do they figure the salary for a player called up to the show for two weeks then back to the minors?

Unless they have a major/minor split contract (which is pretty rare, but they do exist) that specifies their pay when called up, they get a pro-rated amount of the major league minimum. For 2008, the MLM is $390k. The season lasts 26 weeks, so one week is about $15k. (I think the actual pro-rating is done to a daily basis, but am not certain.)How do they figure the salary for a player called up to the show for two weeks then back to the minors?
They make the major league minimum which you break down into a per game salary so for every game up they make that much. How do they figure the salary for a player called up to the show for two weeks then back to the minors?
Paid per game played, plus any stipends added for meals, etc. just over $2400 a game.
