Have you ever seen a Black and White box with the words ';see spot skate'; and a weird figure on roller skates?

I own this box that is mainly black, with white trimming on all the corners. It has two silver latches, and a middle latch with a cheap luggage lock. On the side is a weird circular guy skate an ';s'; pattern, bottom to top, and the words ';SEE SPOT SKATE.'; Has anyone ever seen one before and who its made by? No tag, label or markings on mine.Have you ever seen a Black and White box with the words ';see spot skate'; and a weird figure on roller skates?
