when you get to know a person, you sort of build this feeling that even though they are far away from you, you can tell something is wrong and its just a gut feeling. for me, anyways!How do you figure out a person's true character?
I look people in the eyes in person (eyes really are windows into the soul) and listen to their voice on the phone- are they nervous, sincere, creepy, hesitant. It shocks me how many of my teachers were hired- they completely played the administration like a harp. Just by looking at them you can see the lust in their eyes-not to mention the abomination of disturbing comments many have made...ugh, fricken pedophiles.
No one's going to reveal EVERYTHING about their character, but to get an idea you have to at least meet them in person.
Get to know them, let them open up to you and make them feel confortable around you.


You will find out but you should know them in person.
You'd have to meet them in person. Some people are really good at hiding who they really are. But in person everyone is who they really are. If that makes sense.
